There are many ways you can help out Cantabile with your various talents and skills. We have opportunities ranging from from concert production to board membership, so contact us at info@cantabilechamberchorale.org.

We are seeking community board members to join our board. We are looking to recruit individuals who share our passion and commitment to cultivating and promoting an appreciation of the choral music through programming and community outreach.

Please take a look at the following profiles of skill sets needed for our board and give us your suggestions of individuals that you feel might be a good fit for the Cantabile board.

  • Finance: An individual with knowledge of nonprofit accounting to serve on the finance committee.
  • Corporate/Business Leader: An individual(s) who is a leader with a local or regional business. This business leader could be a finance person who fits the profile above or who has marketing or fundraising expertise.
  • Marketing communications: An individual(s) who can help develop and implement actions to increase awareness of Cantabile in the region. This individual could be a marketing communications manager with a local or regional corporation.
  • Public relations, community relations: An individual(s) who can help plan and direct development and communication of informational programs to maintain favorable public and community perceptions of Cantabile’s accomplishments and agenda.
  • Fundraising: An individual(s) experienced in raising contributed funds for a nonprofit organization.
  • Development: An individual(s) who has connections to individuals and businesses with the potential to become strong supporters and donors of Cantabile.

Community Outreach

Every season Cantabile performs outreach concerts at local hospitals, nursing facilities and schools. It is our vision to share the gift and joy of choral music, to lift the human spirit and to show the commonalities of humanity through musical expression, enlightening programming, and supportive friendships. Here is a listing of some locations we’ve been delighted to visit and perform at for audiences unable to attend our regular concerts.
